    Customer service was brilliant, can’t deny that. In terms of actual patches they did absolutely nothing. I tried to give them a fair test and have just ended up in agony all day, needing to rely on strong painkillers to try and get a hold of the period pain.

    Just got this period patch and was disappointed when the iron amount didn't match the advertisement. 3mg is all the period patch has. . not 30mg 😞 However, I have big hopes for the rest. Hopefully I'll be reviewing again with nothing but good news!

    Make a difference!
    Easy to apply and take off. These patches do offer relief - I do find the extra sting ones more effective though and will go back to those.
